On November 21, 2024, the presentation of the new interpretation guide to the collective agreement for private hospitals took place at Heurigen Wolff in Vienna. Dr. Günter Steinlechner, management consultant and lawyer specializing in employment law, presented his comprehensive commentary, accompanied by Andrea Bertl, Managing Director of epunkt, who explained future-oriented approaches and innovative HR technologies in her presentation on "Trends in HR". The lunch also provided an opportunity to network with other HR managers and make new contacts. This enabled participants to gain valuable insights and practical solutions for their HR challenges.
