Please note that some program items are also open to partners and the number of participants is limited - we therefore recommend early registration!

Brussels
March 5
- 9:00 - 15:00: Arrival in Brussels and check-in at the hotel
- 15:30 - 18:30: City tour
- 19:00: Dinner (optional, at own expense)
March 6
- 9:00 - 12:30: Visit to the European Parliament and meeting with MEPs
- 12:30 - 14:00: Lunch in the canteen of the European Parliament (at own expense)
- 14:00 - 15:00: Visit to the UEHP office
- 15:00 - 16:00: Visit to a clinic (if possible)
- 16:00 - 19:00: Free time
- 20:00 - 23:00: Dinner together (at the invitation of the association)
March 7
- 10:00 - 12:00: Free time and departure

By airplane
- Brussels Airport (BRU): 12 km from the city center.
- Charleroi Airport (CRL): 60 km south of Brussels.
Transportation from the airport:
- From Brussels Airport: direct train connection to Brussels Central Station (approx. 20-30 minute journey). Alternatively, shuttle buses and cabs are available.
- From Charleroi Airport: shuttle buses that will take you to Brussels city center in about 1 hour.
With the NightJet
- Arrival: In Brussels, you will arrive at the main train station (Bruxelles-Central), from where you can easily continue your journey by public transport or on foot.
