Association of Austrian Private Hospitals

The collective agreement of Austria's private hospitals
The key points from A - Z

The association's collective agreement (KV) has been in place for 70 years and is valid throughout Austria as a minimum collective agreement. Over 70 member companies apply the collective agreement as acute clinics, rehabilitation clinics, special hospitals,
nursing homes and other companies in the healthcare sector. In practice, its application repeatedly raises questions.

The one-day seminar provides an overview of the content and the most important labor and remuneration provisions of the KV der Privatkrankenanstalten Österreichs.

The seminar should take place as a face-to-face event to give participants the opportunity to exchange ideas and network with each other.

The seminar will only take place with a minimum number of participants. Since only a maximum number per date is possible, registrations will be ranked by registration date. If, due to legal Covid-19-
restrictions, it is not possible to hold the seminar as a face-to-face event, we reserve the right to hold the seminar online as a video conference.

We reserve the right to make changes. There is no guarantee that the seminar will take place. If the seminar does not take place, the amount already paid will be refunded (no entitlement to reimbursement of further costs). Note: Consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) can withdraw from the contract free of charge within 14 days of placing the order without giving reasons by email, telephone or by using the withdrawal form on our website and will be refunded any seminar fees already paid within 14 days of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal (exclusion of the right of withdrawal if the service has already been provided or started).
