Conditions of participation

We reserve the right to make changes. There is no guarantee that the seminar will take place. If the seminar does not take place, the amount already paid will be refunded (no entitlement to reimbursement of further costs). Note: Consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) can withdraw from the contract free of charge within 14 days of placing the order without giving reasons by email, telephone or by using the withdrawal form on our website and will be refunded any seminar fees already paid within 14 days of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal (exclusion of the right of withdrawal if the service has already been provided or started).

Cancellation conditions: Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the seminar. After that, a cancellation fee of 50% of the seminar fee* will be charged.

*Invoicing is without VAT (seminar service as an indispensable auxiliary business without tax registration)

By submitting this form, you agree that the information you provide here as well as the date, time and your IP address will be collected and processed to answer your request. This data will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies.
