Nicola Knogler has taken over as Deputy Medical Director at the clinic in Bad Schallerbach. The site specializes in inpatient orthopaedic rehabilitation.
"With Nicola Knogler, we have an experienced orthopaedist and traumatologist on board. It's not just our patients who benefit from her specialist knowledge: She also leads the medical team at the site with just as much expertise, commitment and empathy," says Robert Hatschenberger, Medical Director of Klinikum Bad Hall und Bad Schallerbach.
Nicola Knogler has been working in Bad Schallerbach since 2020. She previously worked as a senior physician at the Wels-Grieskirchen Clinic.
Ideal working environment thanks to interdisciplinary collaboration
Knogler is looking forward to her new role and has found her ideal working environment in rehabilitation medicine:
"We have a very young, dynamic team in which we actively support each other. Our working day is very varied, but can still be planned - that's a great advantage, especially for colleagues with caring responsibilities."
It is particularly important to Knogler to promote close cooperation with colleagues from other professional groups: "We look at all patients in an interdisciplinary and multi-professional setting. This is very beneficial for the collegial cooperation - and of course for the patients, who benefit from an optimal treatment outcome."
